Guest Rates:

Walk-in Rate: $15

Or choose a discounted package and save!

All discounted class packages expire and cannot be carried over.
$48/4 classes – use in 60 days
($12.00 per class)

$88/8 classes – use in 90 days
($11.00 per class)

$100 – 30 days unlimited weekly classes.

$200 - 20 Classes - use in 6 months. ($10.00 per class)

A GENTLE WAY Membership is only:
$45 per year, or $65 for a family - then choose from the price menu below.

BEST RATES: Below packages are for AGW Members only. No contract is required, but all packages renew automatically on a Visa or Mastercard auto withdraw. 30-Day written notice required to cancel membership and package.

Attending 1-2x per week? This is your best package:

Yoga Lover:  $39 – 1 class per week or 5 classes in 30 days ($7.80 per class) This is a GREAT package. It renews every 30 days, or after your 5th class, whichever comes first.

Yoga Addict:  $89 - 30 Days of unlimited yoga. Attend as many weekly OPEN classes per month as you wish.

A Family Affair: Shared Unlimited Month $120 - 2 People. Shift your family's energy and enhance your relationships by making a family commitment to take as many yoga classes as you can each month. Attend separately, or together.

Membership benefits:

  • Members get special rates on class packages and workshops.
  • Members ONLY can pre-reserve a space in their favorite classes.
  • Members can bring a NEW local guest to an open class free, or bring a friend to a Newcomer's Workshop and the Member attends FREE.
  • Members participate in MEMBERS ONLY potlucks and special workshops.

  • Each of our teachers have at least 200 hours of in-depth teacher training.
  • Lanita has taught over 11,00 classes, and is the queen of relaxions and modifications.
  • Our teachers dedicate themselves to advancing their yoga educaiton each year.
  • Our classes are not just yoga excercise. We offer yoga for the body, mind, breath, and spirit.
  • Our classes are small, and customized based on the needs of the individual students.
