A GENTLE WAY Yoga Center is in La Mesa (San Diego) CA, USA.
We opened our doors August 1, 2001.

If you are a long-time student of yoga,
you will find our Center to be a warm, welcoming home, teaching yoga for fitness and health, using the ancient yoga tradition of mind, body, breath, and spirit exercises.

New students will find us to be a safe, nurturing place to begin an enjoyable, effective yoga practice.

Health or weight challenged students will discover that we are a warm healing Center, where hundreds of students have found relief and healing from pain and disease.

We have 30 weekly classes, with an excellent staff teaching a variety of styles and levels of yoga - gentle to traditional hatha yoga – from several different lineages of yoga. We offer a wide range of faster active classes to deeply relaxing, fun, and therapeutic yoga.

Our Center is open seven days a week offering 30 OPEN classes per week, plus private sessions, yoga therapy, teacher training, workshops, amethyst crystal bio mat healing sessions, and yoga retreats. We host world respected yoga teachers, authors, and healers.
